david_clinicA Custom Training Plan provides the structure and expertise of an experienced triathlon coach and elite athlete as a less expensive alternative to ongoing coaching.

A Custom Training Plan is ideal for the triathlete who is looking for a individualized training plan for specific event built around his or her unique background, experiences and goals but does not need frequent, ongoing interaction with a coach.

Following a comprehensive initial consultation to review your goals, fitness level, triathlon experience and time availability, we will create a customized and phased training plan designed exclusively for you.

If you're on a budget, check out one of our pre-crafted training plans: Sprint and InternationalHalf-distance (70.3 Miles) or Full Distance (140.6 Miles).

Purchase a Custom Training Plan

Each Custom Training Plan includes:

  • Initial consultation up to 1 hour in person (if local to Boulder, CO) or on the phone to review your experience, background and goals.
  • Custom triathlon training schedule in Excel format or on on the Web via Training Peaks.
  • Signed copy of David's book: Full Time and Sub-Nine: Fitting Iron Distance Training into Every Day Life.
  • Unlimited follow-up conversations and or emails at your initiative to answer questions and suggest modifications to your training schedule.
