According to Ironman®, a triathlete will train between 18 and 22 hours per week for an average of seven months leading up to the Ironman World Championship in Kona. Not everyone has dreams for Kona nor the ability to train that many hours per week.
No matter what distance you are training for, if you are willing to make a commitment to excellence, then you want to make sure you are using your training time both smartly and efficiently.
We can help you do just that.
With more than 20 years of triathlon racing experience combined including 100+ triathlon finishes and 30+ Ironman-distance finishes, formal education in Exercise Physiology and coaching certifications from USA Triathlon and USA Cycling as well as certifications from NSCA (CSCS, CPT) and USA Weightlifting, we provide our clients both valuable wisdom and practical experience.
We now offer a completely customized coaching service: COACHING BY DESIGN. You pick the features of the coaching program that matter the most to you. We'll then provide you with a quote for you based on your specific coaching needs. We also offer CONSULTING on an hourly basis for helping you with specific challenge(s).
